Patricia Janiece Ginn, age 70, of Manchester, Missouri passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father Lawrence Ginn, mother Virginia (Anderson) Ginn, and sister-in-law Judy Ginn. Beloved sister of Larry Ginn, dear aunt of Daniel (Alexandria) Metz. Much-loved cousin, and friend of many.

Patricia spent most of her adult life teaching English in the Hazelwood School District. She was a beloved and supportive friend to students and to coworkers. In addition, she worked for many years in the St. Louis County Library District. After retirement, Pat continued teaching part-time at the St. Louis Community College.

In her spare time, Pat enjoyed volunteer work, including tutoring. She was a voracious reader and an excellent poet and short story writer. She was interested in photography, drawing, and painting as well as genealogy, travel, movies, and music. She especially liked spending time at Starbucks with friends.

Her intellect, sense of humor, and kindness were appreciated by all who knew Pat. She was a treasured friend to many.
